I've been having a horrible experience with them, they lack customer service. Their staff is arrogant and they have a bully approach.
Do I constantly need to write a review when my deposit is not reflecting??? I made a new deposit hoping that the same thing won't happen again. What's the issue with BETWAY? I can come here a 1000 times to write a review since this is the only way how you'd fix this issue
Worst customer service ever. I made a deposit to my Betway account on Friday the 1st of October and it still has not reflected. I complained in the chat and I was advised to send proof of deposit to eftclearance@betway.co.za and I did that with no response from them to acknowledge my email up until now. A few days later I decided to follow up via the Chat option and I was told to send proof again. Are these people so out of touch with their systems that they can't even see when funds are being withdrawn or deposited?
