Good Day I received a call from of your consultants this morning who sounded very sarcastic and did not want to listen to what I was saying ,I told her to contact atlas as my query with them is with Ombudsman, until then i will not be making any arrangements with one, she is very rude and I told her this is my phone she must stop calling me ,she handled herself very unprofessional as a collector you don't get caught up in the clients emotion ,the number she called with is 073 640 3799,i didn't get her name
Terrible service i received from Nomsa at Dobsonville branch, she was very sarcastic, did not want to give me time to speak until i advise her of my query and I sent an email to customer care response was i speak to them, her response was I speak HO, they will assist me better, then she called next to other clients whilst I'm still holding. i feel disrespected as client and this was a simple query to handle, all she had to do was check my bank statement and assist, and i also wanted to change my banking details, how will payment for net month be received, she never even attempted to deal with my second query which is send me my contract. I called using my time and resources to get such terrible services, even when I was at the branch to open this loan, they gave another lady a terrible service and arguments were made with other clients in the branch, I hope Nomsa will improve from this terrible service as it will cause ATLAS TO LOSE MONEY, WORD OF MOUTH IS QUICK AND EFFECTIVE ,now you have a client that is me who changed banks how you gonnna collect ?
