Delareyville NWK
Wow!!!! What an awkward service I have experienced this morning. Walked in NWK Delareyville to buy two tyre's, errr there's a lady named Jeanette sies that sister she is rude. She doesn't know how to talk customers at all and when I approached her she talked back shouting and told me where to get off, wish she wasn't the only one doing cashier duties there, she is very rude

Good service
We (my wife and I) walked into an NWJ retail shop in Centurion on a Sunday (26 November 2023). I found two shop workers, and at a raise of my finger, one acknowledged us and was quick to come to our service, the shop was not packed. My wife wanted earings which were going for a song at 80% less the list price. We changed our minds six times an the lady serving us was still paient with us. We made a discision and purchased a set of earings which my wife wore today (Monday). Good service I must say.

NWK Retail Racism
The management of this shop treat their customers according to race, white customers get first preference than black customers. I stood in a non moving queue for a long time, but only removed white customers to help them on another till. They just left black customers standing without helping them.

Rude service
Not happy with NWK petit retail. Service is up to s@#t, manager is rude and the people working at the back with the feed is slow and playing around not doing their work at all and they are rude

NWK retail poor service delivery
I bought vellies for my boyfriend, worth R700, 00 at NWK retail in April and a week later the vellies broke, so I took it back and asked if they could fix the shoes. They said they will get permission from the factory and get back to me the following Monday. 3 weeks go by and I get no feedback from nwk retail and so I go in and find out what's going on. Turns out they still haven't sent the vellies in and so I asked for my money back and they said they needed to get credit in order to refund me. It's been a month and still nothing has happened. NWK retail is slow and the service is absolutely useless. I would never recommend this store to anybody. Because you will never receive any order.
