Wow!!!! What an awkward service I have experienced this morning. Walked in NWK Delareyville to buy two tyre's, errr there's a lady named Jeanette sies that sister she is rude. She doesn't know how to talk customers at all and when I approached her she talked back shouting and told me where to get off, wish she wasn't the only one doing cashier duties there, she is very rude
Me and my wife has made the biggest mistake of getting Marchant device from Momo, at first they promised that we can sell prepaids hence we opted for them. Damn the machine is nothing we are promised, our ****a shop now suffer because we can not offer any prepaid to our customers. Worst case scenario they are busy deducting money from our business account now we on negative but their machine doesn't even have network now. Sies
I and my wife bought a all in one machine from Ikhokha around the month of October the year 2023, guess what! even now card purchases made with this machine we haven't received the money yet into our business account. Worst case scenario I have deposited money for airtime on the 08th of January 2024 with a reference 262144 and the ABSA ATM had a technical error but the bank rectified and the money was sent in the format called journal as they explained to me and provided me with proof. We have contacted the IKHOKHA for several times and sent all the proof they've requested from us but till today they have not allocated our money to the machine. You can imagine what that is doing to our small business that we have just started and worse we keep on spending money calling them, all they keep saying is our team will take care of the matter but nothing is happening.
I have visited their store today to buy a Jojo Tank advertised on their first page of their pamphlet for special running from the 24 September to the 10 October and I have been told that I can Not buy it as the once they have on stock did not buy it with a special price from Supplies hence i can also not buy with their advertised price. The catch is they can't even tell me when will they receive stock. I have bought lot of stuff from the same store it is very sad when I have to take advantage of their specials I can't, not because of no stock but because of their profits vendetta. Bad service
I just walked in to atamelang police station to request finger prints for an interview at the department of justice on the first of February at 13H30 estimated time. Assisted by the first officer who could not even understand what I needed as he explained that I can only get fingerprints during the week no weekend and it takes 2 weeks before I can get them, I explained that it won't be the first time I'm requesting such finger prints and I have also done the same thing at mafikeng police station and Delareyville police station but constable lekgethiso was called to explain further and he confirmed at their station that can not be done<br> It is very disappointing to have police stations that are not providing full services help
