I AM REALLY NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I GET FROM OAK AVENUE PHARMACY IN WITFIELD BOKSBURG. IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT THEY MAKE MISTAKES. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT UP TO STANDARD. WHEN YOU PHONE IN FOR YOUR SCRIPT IT SEEMS LIKE THEY WANT TO GET RID OF YOU IN AN INSTANT AND THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS REQUEST AT ALL. I PHONED YESTERDAY TO QUERY ABOUT MY MOTHERS MEDICINE. THE LADY SAID SHE WILL PHONE BACK WITH AN APOLOGY AND IT NEVER HAPPENED. WHEN THEY DELIVERED THE MEDS YESTERDAY AFTERNOON I SAID I WILL SEE THEM EITHER 10 O CLOCK OF AFTER WORK. AND SO I GET A CALL FROM KIM ENQUIRING WHEN I WILL COME AND PAY. WOW REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT ON. YOU REQUEST PAYMENT BUT YOURS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD. THERE IS ONLY TWO PEOPLE THAT STANDS OUT THERE AND IT IS JOAN PRINSLOO AND CORNELIA. THE REST, WELL SORRY TO SAY I DO NOT HAVE WORDS FOR YOU. I WANTED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENT FOR THE MEDS THAT WAS WRONGLY DISPENSED. AND IT WAS NOTED ON THE SYSTEM THAT THEY SHOULD NOT DISPENSE THE MEDS. THIS IS NOT ON REALLY. I THINK I WILL ADVISE MY PARENTS TO FINISH THEIR SCRIPT AND TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY ARE PENSIONERS AND DO NOT DESERVE SUCH TREATMENT. I EXPECT A CALL WITH AN APOLOGY AND GOOD EARS TO LISTEN TO WHAT I HAVE TO SAY.........
