I HAVE HAD IT WITH GOLDWAGEN. ALWAYS SORRY ABOUT THE INCONVENIENCE THEY CAUSE. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. I PHONED ON SATURDAY LOOKING FOR A CERTAIN PART FOR MY CAR. WELL, THE GOT IT AND THE RECEPTIONIST PHONED ME BACK TO TELL ME THAT THE PART IS THERE I CAN COME PICK IT UP. THAT WAS LIKE 2 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSED. I WAS AT THAT POINT IN TIME AT A SHOPPING CENTER BUSY CHECKING OUT. I COULD NOT MAKE IT AND I TRIED TO PHONE THEM TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS. NOW THAT I PHONED BACK AGAIN THEY DONT KNOW WHO HELPED ME AND IS NOT EAGER TO FIND OUT IT MY PART FOR THE CAR IS THERE. AND THEN JAYDEN HAS THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THEY CAN DELIVER THE PART FOR ME AT MY WORK PLACE BUT IM GOING TO PAY A DELIVERY FEE. GUESS WHAT MISTER. I WILL NOT PAY FOR YOUR COMPANYS MISTAKE. FIND A SOLUTION AND FAST
IM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM SKYNET. TRYING TO ARRANGE DELIVERY OF MY PARCEL AND THEY JUST DONT ANSWER. THIS IS VERY BAD. YOUR AGENTS HAS NO INTENTION OF HELPING.
Your call center is a disgrace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i could not use my app this morning and the consultant advised that i uninstall it and afterward she then only told me that she have reset the app on her side. WHAT THE HELL MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOU GUYS. GIVE JOBS TO PEOPLE THAT REALLY UNDERSTAND A CUSTOMERS NEEDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, i did not want to do this, but yet here I am, doing it anyway. So on Saturday morning, I ordered items on the 60/60 app. I just went to the loo and the driver decided that he waited long enough and returned my items to the store. i decided to phone the call center and they advised me that the driver should wait at least 10 minutes, in which he only wait 6 minutes. Goodness me, is a person not allowed to go to the loo. my phone was out of reach. i was furious. so i jumped into my car and raced to the store, only to find a floor supervisor having such bad attitude. Lady, you dont know customer service from a mile. rolling your eyes and looking at me as if the cat dragged me in. then you Checkers 60/60 decide what you can pay back at me . my full order was the amount of R 137.97 including the delivery fee(which is ridiculous). then you refunded the delivery fee and then only R67.97 of the whole order. julle is donners ***** man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! let me make it clear this morning!!!!! it is not the first time that is happening. i will not let it just slide this time. your drivers are reckless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rude at times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NOT MAKE USE OF YOUR STUPID APP ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IAM STILL DECIDING IF IM GOING TO DO SHOPPING AT CHECKERS. THE STAFF IN SOME STORES THINK THEY OWN THE STORE AND TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND THIS GOES TO CHECKERS HYPER RONDEBULT IN BOKSBURG. SOME STAFF CANT EVEN GREET YOU PROPERLY WHEN YOU ARE AT THE CHECKOUT POINT. WHAT THE HELL MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i am really not happy about the way you are treating yours customers. I have a problem with my wifi and you are not getting back to me. I NEED THIS FIXED NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so yet again we have an outage and they are not "able" to give an ETA on the so called repairs. Shame on you Vox/Vumatel. it is the second time this month that we have an outage and little to no communication about the situation.
Well, let me tell you. I have never been so disappointed in my life. Rain..... I have been requesting them to phone me and give feedback regarding my delivery and them to make the necessary arrangements. But until today there is none from their side. I feel like cancelling my order, just because of the way they are treating their new customers. I have been explaining myself and my situation and they do not want to understand. Maybe this platform will shake them a bit

Builders warehouse Boksburg, you guys are a disgrace to the community!!!!!!!!!!!!! i was there looking for a fibreglass kit and none of the employees was willing to assist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they dont even know what it is, i asked for it and then the employee says she does not know what that is!!!!!!!!!!!!! what the hell man... they are suppose to know the products!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! then i went searching for another employee to help me just to get put off by him, telling me no he has to finish his rack packing first. wow!!!!!!!!!!!! brilliant customer service id say. after i lost my **** with him i went to the front desk and asked for the floor manager. i stood there waiting about 10 minutes and no one came. i ended up leaving the store. i will not set foot in your store ever again. lazy bunch working there. seems like its becoming a norm between retailers to have lazy and cheeky employees. *** man.
You are misleading your customers!!!!! All i wanted was to unfix my fix term and then i got told unfortunately the amount is to high by you incompetent call center agent!!!!!!! What the hell man!!!!! Its my money!!!!!!! I do not have time to go to a branch. You wait in ques for ages. What purpose does a call center have if they can not assist the customers who have no time going to a branch and wait in ques!!!!!?REALLY!!!! YOU ****ED ME OFF THIS MORNING!!!!
