Poor customer care

I wish i had read the reviews on Google and Hello Peter! The team themselves are good enough for what one would expect from a garden services company but the owner is very rude.

Simply put, if you have an instruction which is not understood and you correct them. You will be told that you’re an irritating client and don’t know what you want. If you change your mind on how you want something done, you will get an earful.

The team on the ground are friendly but the management have zero people skills.
