Oakhurst life proceeded to debit my account account earlier that the prescribed date, this has negatively impacted on my Bank records and ITC. There is even an unpaid charge on my account which need to be refunded with 24 hours. I demand to hear the call recording authorizing you to debit my account before payday?
With all the stress and inconvenience your company caused me during the last 6 months, and now you add fuel to the fire going into my account without my permission, I am requesting you to close my Oakhurst life account immediately, ensure there is no additional debits, refund my fees and provide with a formal written confirmation that the ITC and my bank records have been corrected.
Further more issue me with a deadlock letter for all the stress and inconvenience caused dealing with your organisation as I am approaching the Ombudsman. I cannot be paying for a service and being treated like a dishonest person. Its seem you cannot trust that I would honor my debit on Monday that you had to collect it prior without consent.
Will appreciate CEO contact to discuss these issues further - requested it previously, still waiting.
