Our experience with Oakleigh Funeral Parlour.
Their professionalism and kindness made an unbearable time a little easier to bear. Every detail was taken care of thoughtfully, and they treated our family — and my mom’s memory — with genuine respect. Special mention needs to be made of Annamarie Kruger and the incredible help we received from the Oakleigh after hours care centre, and of Tracey Delport from the Durban branch for her acumen and efficiency. Oakleigh truly is the best in KZN. I cannot thank them enough for their support and would highly recommend their services to anyone needing gentle, trustworthy assistance after losing a loved one

Our experience with Oakleigh Funeral Parlour.

Oakleigh funeral home.
This is the best funeral business in the KZN area. a top familie business that really cared about loved ones who lost a family member or friend. Absolutely recommended . Christian faith in abundance. Also a place where you get value for money funeral policies.

My life partner of 29 years passed on Saturday 29 October 2022 at 04:45 I was assisted by the Umbilo branch in Durban. Benn I want to thank you and your staff for the EXCEPTIONAL service you provided, you helped me wit grace and respect through a very difficult process, a very special thank you to Ann- Marie, she was the first person I communicated with, she kept in contact with me at all times and explained what the next step would be. Thank you Oakleigh Funeral Home, much appreciated.

What a pleasure, this time , to go in for help. Just a hiccup in paperwork, but still. I met Jean and Masepho. These two ladies were gracious and kind and solved my problem immediately. Thank you both , Joanna Hare

GREAT SERVICE
My husband passed away last month and did not have a funeral policy. I phoned several institutions and received astronomical quotations and then I phoned Oakleigh in Howick and was given a very reasonable quotation for my husbands cremation. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted me through the full process in a caring and manner. I have already recommended them to a number of people who require the same services. They also sell funeral policies and I will most certainly be making use of these services to.

Hi my husband passed away Saturday 5 Feb at 22h50. I phone Oakleigh Funeral Home, and they came to fetch the body. The way they treated him was as if he was still alive. Then the memorial services were planned two (one in Bloemfontein) and one in Pinetown. The company that hold our funeral policy was in Bloemfontein. They had some sort of problems, but the person responsible was on leave. So then I contacted Lesley in Durban and without any problems she assisted me to arrange for the cremation to took place and also for the leaflets to be printed. She confirmed that the ash will be in Gillits for me to pick up in time for the service locally. I am very greatfull for them because without any further questions the situation went smooth sailing.
