I went to Game Gateway on 23/11/2023 at 18:20 to buy 2 products that is on special, I left after 19:00 with no product, they did have stock. The reason for not buying the products was because of the the none existence of customer service. This was the poorest service I have ever experienced, and this was from management

I was standing inline at Checkers Windermere center at the deli on Monday 15/02/2022 at about 16:00, I noticed people cutting the line and was being served, I went to the deli server and told her there's a line these people are cutting in. I was ignored and she kept on serving them. Spoke to a manager in the office, showed no interest in helping. I then called head office while at the store had to leave a message for the regional manager, I'ts almost three days later and no reply from anyone. Willing to take you money, but when there is a problem you are on your own.
My Telkom landline went completely dead on 18/01/2021, I can't make or receive calls or use the internet. I have been following up on the fault and have had no response from Telkom at all. Still waiting for Telkom or Open Serve to contact me, paying for a service I can't use.
Have been phoning Clicks Gateway/ Durban KZN for the past 30 minutes, I have selected all options, 1- 5, they pick the phone up and cut your call. Will never support your brand again. Called about 10 times.
