I ordered GLP1 from rebecer.com, the product took almost a month to arrive and it was delivered to the post office and not to my address. You need to follow the tracking continuously as once it arrives in South Africa they don't update the tracking until it arrives at the post office. I did have to pay in about R40, but I was just glad I had not been ****med again.
Last week I went into Bluff Meat Supply, Pietermartizburg to buy 1kg of biltong. I went to the counter and asked for wet biltong, they said they would have to get from the back and I must carry on shopping and collect when done. When I collected it was all wrapped and cut so I took there word for it and bought it. On getting home, I opened the biltong, it was the most terrible tasting dry biltong I have ever had. At one time Bluff Meats in PMB had the best and cheapest biltong in town and now there quality is right at the bottom of the scale.
After almost four years of fighting for my daughters maternity benefits and sending emails every week to the labour ministers, she was allocated to Nalini Singh in the PMB labour department. What a pleasure she sorted everything in about two weeks and full payment has been received. Thank you Nalini for your outstanding service, we need more people like you in the government departments.
Extremely disappointed, receive an email for Simparica tick and flea tablets at a good price. Box showed three tablets included which would cover for tick and fleas for 115 days. Ordered three lots, delivered within 45 minutes, opened packet and it contained three individual tablets and no box. Immediately clicked for a return and refund. 3 1/2 hours later I get a call saying I clicked on single so only received three single tablets. I did not change the single as I was ordering the three single boxes they had advertised. Now am told that they will be withholding R50 for the courier. There shop is around the corner from our office and I already paid R35 to have it delivered to me so why do I have to pay again for their false advertising. They will request a refund for me, not sure when it will come through but the money went out of my account within 5 minutes.
In December 2020 during COVID, my daughter app**** for Maternity Benefits. To this day she has not received a cent. After numerous phone calls and emails, her status in October 2023 changed to sent to paymaster and still nothing received. In the mean time she changed her bank details and notified them but they have not amended that on the site either. It's really frustrating when you have paid UIF for more than 12 years, make your first claim ever and don't receive anything. My grand daughter is coming up for three and a half years and no payment. They just don't care.

On the 29th July 2022, I visited the above restaurant and ordered two burgers with chips and onions rings, the one was a rib burger and the other was a beef cheese burger. Rib burger was fine, no problems the other burger and chips were fine but the onions were rotten, they were congealed and a dark colour as if the they had been reheated again and again. I had one bite of the onions and that is when the problem started. I felt sick about three minutes after consuming and was not able to eat any food for five days, have just started trying little bits today. I phoned Spur on Monday and asked to speak to the manager, they put me through to Brian. I told him what the situation was and this is the response I got: * I told him I was served rotten food (the onions were like a congealed blob of continuously reheated onions - (i) his response was you must be wrong we never server rotten food; (ii) regarding the onions that were so dark - he stated that they use red onions for the spur onion rings and that was the reason for the dark onions, I told him this I was a regular customer at Spur and had never been served red onion rings. (iii) I then asked him who does the quality checks on takeaway meals (people eating in are checked by the servers and managers to make sure there food is okay) - His response was that it was that the cashier is responsible for that - I said they have always checked the orders but they do not open each pack to check the actual quality of the product, there should be a dedicate person for this. He then offered me a free burger which I could pick up, I refused as why would I eat there again after being called a liar by their manager. He response was he would see if he could a voucher. I gave him till the end of yesterday to respond or I would take it further, he would not give me the owners details. Today is my first day back at work as I have been off work for a total of six days plus all the medication costs. I hope that you have more joy with this complaint.
My husband passed away last month and did not have a funeral policy. I phoned several institutions and received astronomical quotations and then I phoned Oakleigh in Howick and was given a very reasonable quotation for my husbands cremation. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted me through the full process in a caring and manner. I have already recommended them to a number of people who require the same services. They also sell funeral policies and I will most certainly be making use of these services to.
I am trying to cancel a month to month cell phone contract for my husband who passed away and because I can't remember security questions from 15 years ago I am told I have failed the security questions. I have spoken to five people and get the same answer, when I ask which questions I have answered incorrectly I am told that the manual does not allow them to give me that information. I do not receive accounts from Cell C. I see that the contract on my husbands phone was changed to include SMS's and data which he did not even know how to use. My experience with Cell C has been very traumatic and I will never recommend them to anyone again.
My daughter has Applied online for maternity benefits, have submitted documents on three occasions. They don't even update their system. We have queried a number of times and they tell you all documents have been submitted and the process will take 7 to 10 working days as it has been expidited. Don't know who is lying because still no payment has been received. Baby was born 16th December 2020, no salary being received, contributed for 12 years and almost time to go back to work, really disgusting the way they treat the people who pay their salaries.
