I bought a new pair of Oakley sunglasses last year from The Pro Shop, and within months the lenses started peeling on the inside. I took it back in March this year, and they were sent back to Oakley. Oakley then came back and said they received the glasses, but no invoice,I know the guy sent the invoice along,he showed me proof as well. Since then they have given us numerous email addresses that nothing goes through to. We have tried several times and they just say they can't help us over the phone, we need to email this address and then give us another useless email address. I own about 20 pairs of Oakley sunglasses, but this is definitely my last pair.

I love Oakley. I have had Oakley prescription glasses since I was 15 years old, I am now 35. They are durable, reliable, comfortable. I have one major issue though. The lack of spare parts and the discontinuation of models! I have had my current pair (TRIM PLANE) since 2018. I typically replace my lenses every 2 years, having just replaced my current lenses (May 2022). I have a stigmatism and so my lenses are not cheap. Unfortunately, this past weekend the left wing snapped at the pivot. I have made several enquiries into replacing the wing but have been told that no spares are available. I then resolved to simply buy a new pair of the TRIM PLANE model in order to simply use my existing (new) lenses for the frames. I was told that the model has been discontinued. This is highly inconvenient as I am now forced to purchase a new frame as well as new lenses. My spectacles are my vision, I am blind without them. I am reaching out to Oakley in the hope that somewhere, there is a TRIM PLANE model I can purchase. Any assistance would be so greatly appreciated, by both myself and my bank account. Your loyal patron, Alex.

I purchased a pair of Oakley Radar Sunglasses for a reasonable some of money. They have always been kept in the original Oakley hard case. Specific soft wipes to clean the cleanses. Beside all this care, the lenses have delaminated. I have been to Oakley as well as Sunglass hut and the answer is very sad. It is a simple sorry, Oakley no longer makes this product. Surely when you purchase such an expensive product one would not expect the lenses to delaminate alternatively a lack of spares. Based on the service I have received I would advise others to think twice before considering investing in Oakley Products

To whom it may concern. I've always been a huge fan of your Oakley Sunglasses. the latest pair (rader/Radar) which i bought from our local optometrist. (R3 600) It looks like scratches, but not scratched. i went to the optometrist , she advised me it's making bubbles because of being in sunlight ???? and there's nothing I can do about it! These glasses are suppose to be worn outside not?? Will never buy a pair of Oakley again!

I have had a pair of Oakley Fast Jacket sunglasses for approximately 5 years. After having had it for -+ 3 years the iridium coating started peeling . It became unbearable as this process progressed. LUXOTTICA, agents for OAKLEY in S.A. first of all do not have a customer care/repair centre like they use to for obvious reasons!! So upon my first attempt to change the lenses I ended at SUNGLASS HUT customer service, they refuse to help as this was not their problem... Eventually I did get to contact LUXOTTICA directly who after some time offered to direct me to the next available stockist rather than stand by the quality of their product ! This was the second pair of OAKLEYS I bought, but will definitely be the last !!

I noticed 2 days ago my Oakley glasses has the tint which bubbled and looks like it's cracked but its not.I have went into sunglasses hut and because the glasses is 3 years old it's not in warranty anymore and they have to provide a quote however this seems to be a common issue after I looked at the exact same situation with another customer.is Oakley ripping us off where the tint on their glasses starts to peel after the 2 year warranty period .I have owned many Raybans and no such issue .I think this needs to be investigated as others have the similar issue ...doubt I would buy or advise anyone to buy this brand .
