My daughter booked 2 weeks in advance for her 21st. Was told to email Tracey which she did. In the email she requested the lounge area and was told that we needed to pay a deposit or we could pay for the champagne in advance. She then confirmed the number and waited to hear what the total cost would be. Waited a couple of days and email her No reply. I phoned the restaurant twice asking for her to phone me back. Nothing. 2 days before the event which was on Father’s Day she confirmed the price and indicated that someone else had booked the lounge. We were very angry as it was not our fault that we did not pay the deposit in time. Nevertheless we went ahead with the venue. Placed all our orders by Friday. On the day of the occasion, they started pouring the champagne in water glasses saying that they did not have enough flute stems. We made a fuss and low and behold enough flute stems where found. After the occasion I found out that there was not enough non-alcoholic champagne and the few patrons were giving water. The steak they got wrong and when the one patron complained that hers was overcooked they apologized and said that they had no more steak and had to give her another meal. I WILL NEVER OUT MY FOOT IN THAT ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.
