I placed an order on Friday morning with Farhana.. They didn’t have half the things I asked for which were on the catalog that I was sent. I agreed for replacement items for some of the candy so my order was still over R400 worth of candy plus and asked about stock availability about another candy item as she wanted to replace reeces peanut butter cups with lays so I asked for eclairs instead. The whole of Friday passed, Saturday passed, Sunday passed, statuses were being posted all day about “happy clients” on all these days but my message was ignored. Monday 12:30pm I greeted nicely and asked if there’s update on my order. She didn’t greet back nor answer my question about the eclairs but said she’ll send a payment link shortly… it’s now 5:38pm and I’ve still had no response as it seems posting statuses are more important than customer service. Terrible service for a first time buyer who would have definitely been a frequent client. Disappointing!

<p>I ordered contact lenses that Suney from Obsessions in Krysna advertised on Facebook. She clearly stated in writing that they are in stock and will order them when back from Cape Town. I did a eft and she said she placed the order. A week after I had to ask where the lenses are and she did not respond. Severel attempts were made to contact her, sms, facebook but no response. Eventually after a fb message on her page she responded and said that the lenses will be delivered to Planet nails on Wednesday the 2nd of November. I had to make arrangements to leave work earlier and went to Planet nails just to be informed that the contacts are not there. another 3 messages and no respond. then I was informed that she will deliver them to my work - this did not happen either. I was then blocked on her fb page. After I informed her that I wil take this case further (its now been 6 weeks) I received a message stating that I can collect the lenses on wednesday in Knysna and she will not drive around to deliver - AFTER THIS WAS STATED BY HER THAT SHE DOES. If she didnt deliver then I would not have ordered it. I will not recommend her business or services to anyone and if this is how she treats clients - then her business wont survive. I want a full refund of my money!!!! All her replies and my messages and attempts for phonecalls, voicemails etc I have on black and white and as proof.</p>

If she didnt deliver then I would not have ordered it. I will not recommend her business or services to anyone and if this is how she treats clients - then her business wont survive. I want a full refund of my money!!!! All her replies and my messages and attempts for phonecalls, voicemails etc I have on black and white and as proof.</p>
