It was never worth my time to write a review as my experiences were never great nor terrible. However today I spoke to a lady named Stacy based in Durban and it's definitely worth my time to say what a pleasant experience it was.👏
Reached out to an agent named Layla Agherdien via an ad for a house I was really interested but she didn't respond. I reached out again via WhatsApp and by that time there was already an offer, I asked if we could put in a higher offer but she didn't answer the question. After several follow ups FROM MY SIDE ONLY she left me with hope that their might be a 50% chance the sale will go through. So I stayed hanging on trying to follow up after a week or so but she just blatantly ignored my texts and even my email. Complete lack of professionalism and terrible customer service.
Waste of time l. Send them a detailed message asking for a quote which they ignored. I then sent a follow up message which they ignored. Sent a message telling them their customer service is awful a full week later which also just got ignored :)
Absolutely unprofessional and pathetic service! Not sure what they employees are even there for. As I frequent buyer I'm very disappointed and disgusted at the service Went into the store, was the only customer there. There were 3 tellers available and 1 of the was looking for the xbox game I was buying. She was paging through SO SLOWLY I waited 15 minute just to pay then she started have a loud animated conversation with her colleagues while still very slowly looking for the game till I eventually left everything and walked out since I've been standing there for ages.
My home has been listed with them for months now! The agent only came once and for all the other viewings we’ve had to see to the potential buyers ourselves. Even calling when they don’t pitch basically been doing the agents job. It’s extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. I’m basically liable for selling my own home I should be getting the commission and just pay an Adverti*****t fee since that’s all they’re doing for me.. no check ups, no feedback, no communication. It’s pathetic I even wrote to them respectfully stating my disappointment in the lack of service and they just ignored it. A few days later I emailed back asking for feedback and now I week later, still ignored!
Very homely. Booked the family apartment and it provided everything you will need and more. It was clean, filled with toys and family games. We loved it and will definitely go back! It was better than we could have expected especially for the low prices. It’s located 5mins from all shops, gas stations, restaurants, doctors, basically everything. It was very convenient and the owners were very kind.
If you live in the Gauteng area do not accept a ride from driver named Given driving a Toyota Corolla registration ending in NTGP just save yourself the trauma from someone who has zero common sense then is still rude about it and will make you late for work. Driver cancelled and was extremely rude!!!!!!!!! I asked him if he could please stop at an atm so I can draw money for him on the ride… he went there first and then spoke to me so rudely!!!!!! I’m deleting this app and will be using Uber from now on. I asked politely and he agreed, if he misunderstood then he didn’t need to be so so rude! I’ve never had this issue before and always preferred bolt over Uber because it’s more affordable, but I rather pay a bit extra than be treated so badly. I always give good tips especially if they stop for me to draw money. How can you speak to anyone in this manner calling them crazy? And just being so rude, telling me “mxm” when I’m trying to explain.
Was a bit nervous because I took my autistic child to have his first experience of “driving” and it was an extremely pleasant experience. All the staff was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The place was in a very good condition. I will highly recommend them and definitely plan on going back!

I placed an order on Friday morning with Farhana.. They didn’t have half the things I asked for which were on the catalog that I was sent. I agreed for replacement items for some of the candy so my order was still over R400 worth of candy plus and asked about stock availability about another candy item as she wanted to replace reeces peanut butter cups with lays so I asked for eclairs instead. The whole of Friday passed, Saturday passed, Sunday passed, statuses were being posted all day about “happy clients” on all these days but my message was ignored. Monday 12:30pm I greeted nicely and asked if there’s update on my order. She didn’t greet back nor answer my question about the eclairs but said she’ll send a payment link shortly… it’s now 5:38pm and I’ve still had no response as it seems posting statuses are more important than customer service. Terrible service for a first time buyer who would have definitely been a frequent client. Disappointing!
