Bad service
I have been trying to get a clearance certificate to have my name removed from debt review as I had my contract cancelled as they were not paying on time, I have since paid off all my debt and sent the proof with no assistance. I feel so stuck as I am unable to apply for any financing due to this.

I am very disappointed that until today I have not had a response from your company, even though you promised to contact me within 24 hours. I am at point of being stuck in life as I cannot get any finance as my name is still under debt review, even though all my debt has been paid off.
