I am very frustrated that in order for one to get a response, one must complain on platforms such as this. I have complained before regarding getting a clearance certificate, and was advised to send outstanding documents, which I did on the 23rd by replying directly to the email advising me of this, however until today, no response or at least acknowledgement of my email, it went all quiet.
The call centre is the most useless I have ever experienced, I have been calling for the past 3 day but have never had anyone answer. I have used so much airtime to no avail. All I needed is a simple Paid up letter.
I have been trying to get a clearance certificate to have my name removed from debt review as I had my contract cancelled as they were not paying on time, I have since paid off all my debt and sent the proof with no assistance. I feel so stuck as I am unable to apply for any financing due to this.
I have been trying to get through to the temporary loans department to get a paid up letter for to aquire a clearance certificate as I am under debt review, however I keep on being taken from pillar to post, and this very frustrating as I keep on using airtime to make this calls.
I was firstly contacted by this company that works hand in hand with CellC, they offered me value add such discounts when going out to eat and other lucrive benefits at monthly fee that would be added to my CellC bill, however the first month would be free of charge, so that could decide whether I wanted to continue with their services or not. I then contacted their call center to advise that I will not be continuing with their and therefore requested a cancelation, was assisted by a guy named Joe on the 5th November 2025. To my disappointment their services are not cancelled and when you contact them on their call center numbe, the phone rings until they disconnect it.
Extremely disappointed by a Pre-owned Iphone 11. The battery was not the original apple battery and the iPhone was not functional. It overheated, it kept shutting down and was very laggy. I returned it and they have not gotten back to me. It's been 3-5 business days but I have not gotten my money back, which i really really need. My parents worked so hard to get me the iPhone but it was truly disappointing. I was devastated.
I have trying to get a refund of the premium which was deducted after a funeral claim was processed. After numerous emails, I was only refunded R144 instead of the R346 that was deducted. I am no longer getting a response when sending email for the remaining amount
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Old mutual team for the outstanding service I have received when submitting funeral claims. In a space of 2 years, I unfortunately lost three loved ones and all claims were processed with no hustle. Thank you team Maponya. Zandile assisted me with compassion. Keep up the good work.
I would like to take this opportunity and send my warmest gratitude to an agent by the name of Yonela who assisted me with a funeral claim I did after my dad passed away. She was exceptionally professional and made me feel like I was not just a number. I felt like she put herself in my shoes. I wish she can keep up the good work she does. I wish more organisations had such dedicated staff members.
