Fist thing first... Its my first time ordering sunglasses online...So i went with oculux...

My first pair of oakley turbine's i ordered from them, do not come with a protective case, so i responded to them asking if they have any cases for sale, they said yes they do, so i asked if i can buy one pls...They responded no need we will send you one on us... Wow i was amazed how they went above helping me.

A week went past and they had a specials on sunglasses, so i looked around and found a pair i liked, but did not like the frame. So i asked them if the do have the lenses and frame i want. The reply i got was out of this word.

Hi sorry no they do not have the frame and lenses cobination i want, but the will make a plan for me if i buy the frame i want.

So i bought the frame. The next day i got a reply saying we will custom it for you by taking the lenses out the one pair and putting it in your frame.

So they did do it and they send me fotos... I was so happy with their service my wife bought a second pair aswell because of the gr8 service.

I also asked them what about the other frame and lenses that do not match... They answered they cant sell it and its a loss or will have to sell it for cheap.

I felt so bad, and they said to me, ANYTHING TO MAKE OUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY.

I received them 2 days later...

Im so thankful for their superior service... They deserve a 10 star rating.
