Do not buy from adidas online... Bad bad service... Every time excuses on orders...And you have no choice to wait... They say 2-3 working days... Its been a week and i ordered it so i can have my stuff on my birth day. But no they are useless, and no tracking number yet, so my order is not confirmed or send yet... Some ppl waited 3 weeks and still nothing. And when you want to cancel it you will wait anothe 2-3weeks for payment and lots of stories if you even receive your money back from other reviews. You can also not exchange anything at a store when buying online...when the size is wrong or you have a problem its a long long waiting period. DO NOT SUPPORT ADIDAS ONLINE... TRUST ME THEY ARE A BAD OPTION FOR A ONLINE STORE...POOR ****ING SERVICE.
Hi good day... I ordered a pair of crocs on crocs sa's web side... But at the end of the day taking my money i was told they are no longer in stock... I have to phone around and sort this out and that no one from crocs sa tried to phone me and tell me that the order was not done because the web side gave faulty info on stock at their facility. Pls can you refund me asap as im ****ed and feel your service is poor... Will never buy from corcs sa's web side again its a pain to get your money back... As this is still a pending story...
Fist thing first... Its my first time ordering sunglasses online...So i went with oculux... My first pair of oakley turbine's i ordered from them, do not come with a protective case, so i responded to them asking if they have any cases for sale, they said yes they do, so i asked if i can buy one pls...They responded no need we will send you one on us... Wow i was amazed how they went above helping me. A week went past and they had a specials on sunglasses, so i looked around and found a pair i liked, but did not like the frame. So i asked them if the do have the lenses and frame i want. The reply i got was out of this word. Hi sorry no they do not have the frame and lenses cobination i want, but the will make a plan for me if i buy the frame i want. So i bought the frame. The next day i got a reply saying we will custom it for you by taking the lenses out the one pair and putting it in your frame. So they did do it and they send me fotos... I was so happy with their service my wife bought a second pair aswell because of the gr8 service. I also asked them what about the other frame and lenses that do not match... They answered they cant sell it and its a loss or will have to sell it for cheap. I felt so bad, and they said to me, ANYTHING TO MAKE OUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY. I received them 2 days later... Im so thankful for their superior service... They deserve a 10 star rating. Thank you Melissa and Husband...
ASB HELP!!! Ek het gister 21/01/2019 n upgrade gedoen vir n foon ens by Vodacom ********** en my vrou het dit bespreek en ons kan nie die kontrak bekostig nie. Ek was nou 22/01/2019 11uur by hulle met die kontrak en foon wat nog geseel is soos ek dit by Vodacom mall@reds gekry het om dit te kanseleer. Hulle weier om dit te doen. Alles is geseel soos ek dit gekry het en het die persoon gevra wat as ek en my vrou anders besluit? Die persoon se vir my solank dit in 7dae gebeur, en die foon is geseel soos ek dit gekry het sal daar nie n probleem wees nie. Vandag Die manager van Vodacom mall@reds se vir my die 7dae is net vir die foon as daar iets verkeerd is dan stuur hulle hom terug. Wat staan ek te doen. Moet ek my ombits man laat weet... Voel hulle maak verkeerd... Asb help....
