I have been waiting for three days now for a technician to come out and repair my Samsung fridge. I paid a call out fee for 5 minutes only to be told that I should leave the fridge on for 4 days before he can tell me what the problem is. Why was I not told this from the start. I have then been told via sms that a technician will come out everyday since Monday. We have not have a fridge now for two weeks. When calling Samsung I am told that the call has been closed. Unacceptable service. I still do not even see how what he thinks we should try will even fix the problem. The PC board is working and the temperature remains constant. How can this cause the freezer and fridge to not work if the temperature is correct? All I see when googling your name is negative reviews, I do not understand how you are a preferred vendor for Samsung!
