I have been battling now for days to get someone out to come and fix my refrigerator . I paid a fortune for the guy from OEG Electrical to stand at the fridge and say that it should have been left on for 4 days. I was never told that and it was not working so it was starting to stink. The temperature on the fridge remains constant and at the correct temperature yet it is not cooling. He then tells us that it's probably the PC board. As we are desperate for a fridge we said go ahead and we have been told day after day now that he is coming to fix it. This is unacceptable and everywhere I look on line are negative reviews. How does Sansung associate themselves with such unreliable partners. Honestly, this is unacceptable now. When calling the call Centre at Sansung I am told that the call is closed. We need a fridge and need it fixed asap with someone reliable and honest. Can you please contact me urgently.
I have been waiting for three days now for a technician to come out and repair my Samsung fridge. I paid a call out fee for 5 minutes only to be told that I should leave the fridge on for 4 days before he can tell me what the problem is. Why was I not told this from the start. I have then been told via sms that a technician will come out everyday since Monday. We have not have a fridge now for two weeks. When calling Samsung I am told that the call has been closed. Unacceptable service. I still do not even see how what he thinks we should try will even fix the problem. The PC board is working and the temperature remains constant. How can this cause the freezer and fridge to not work if the temperature is correct? All I see when googling your name is negative reviews, I do not understand how you are a preferred vendor for Samsung!
