After trying , in vain many times to reach Greg the MD to reverse an over payment made to them in error in March. To date, they have failed to reimburse the over payment. This month, they deducted the amount for calls and services from the credit on the account and furthermore deducted the amount via an unauthorized debit order.<br> When I called to resolve the situation, despite the fact that I have been trying to sort this out since March, I had the phone put down on me by Ashlin who is their FINANCIAL CONTROLLER and was told that \it's not her fault."<br> Clearly she needs to be reminded that without the customer she has no job.<br> DISGUSTING"""
