Shocking service. On cancellation of my policies, due to poor service, I received a call from Charne offering us an immediate reduction in monthly premiums if I didn't cancel my pet insurance. This further annoyed me as it showed that they have made a fortune out of me, however, they refute my claims, which even their consultant Charne, said are legitimate. Also attacked the pet insurance company we've moved across to, sending an email with all the reasons we shouldn't move our insurance across. Disgusting!! Should have gone with a vet recommended pet insurance company in the beginning, as we have now.
Being a customer of Dotsure is wonderfully refreshing in todays times where good service can be absent. Excellent company. Their staff is well trained, and helpful in general however, a special thank you to Chante Du Plooy to outstanding service.
WE DIDN'T RECEIVE OUR MARCH INVOICE FROM TELKOM. THEY SENT AN SMS OUT SAYING THAT THEY WERE GONG TO SUSPEND SERVICE. ALL GOOD SO FAR. WHEN I CHECKED OUR RECORDS HOWEVER, THINKING IT WAS AN OVERSIGHT ON MY BHALF, I REALISED THAT WE HADN'T RECEIVED THE MARCH STATMENT AND CALLED THEM. I WAS TOLD THAT DUE TO A TECH PROBLEM, THEY DIDN'T SEND OUT MARCH INVOICES. INSTEAD OF SENDING OUT SMS'S APOLOGISING FOR THAT, THEY SEND SMS'S OF A THREATENING NATURE. THEN PRETTY SITHOLE, A SUPERVISOR TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED AND ASKED FOR THE ACCOUNT. SHE CLEARLY THINKS ALL I DO IS SIT IN FRONT OF MY PC WAITING FOR THEIR ACCOUNT TO LAND IN MY INBOX. I, THE CUSTOMER, DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO RUN AFTER TELKOM'S ACCOUNT DEPT. IT'S YOUR JOB TO RUN AFTER YOUR CUSTOMERS. WHEN DID IT BECOME STD PRACTISE FOR US THE CUSTOMER TO ASK THE SERVICE PROVIDER TO TAKE OUR MONEY? 4 PHONE CALLS LATER I STILL DON'T HAVE THE ITEMISED BILLING INVOICE. TELKOM, I WILL NOT PAY THIS ACCOUNT ON YOUR SAY SO. SEND ME THE PROPER COMPLETE ACCOUNT AS HAS BEEN SENT TO ME FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS. WAKE UP. YOU ARE A JOKE
Unbelievably when I activated my alarm to test it, TWICE no one from ADT called. When I called the call center to check that they received the signal I was told that they had received it however, DUE TO HIGH CALL VOLUMES, THEY HADN'T GOT ROUND TO CALLING ME. furthermore I was told to \hang in"they would get to me just hopefully it would be before someone breaking in got to me first!!<br> I've heard it all. Your security company tells you they are to busy to get to your call. Also"
My vehicle needed to go in for panel beating. Jaco was amazing, he kept me fully informed as to the progress of the repairs and bent over backwards to accommodate my every need. Also their service provider Tutuka was extremely professional and did an excellent job of panel beating my vehicle. It is wonderful, to be able to post a compliment for a change instead of having to complain. As consumers we are tired of being treated like dirt by corporate companies. Well done. You shine in comparison. <br> Thank you and keep up the good work.
Third complaint about being ripped off. No resolve. I'm sick of being told that my complaint is being investigated. What's to investigate. Vodacom have admitted that VODACOM was negligent in allowing a fraudulent port to go through on my number. Financial damages as a result. To recap for your convenience:<br> Fact 1. 12th October I received an SMS from VODACOM informing me they had received port request.<br> Fact 2. FRAUDULENT REQUEST.<br> Fact 3. Vodacom supply a useless number to call IF THE PORT REQUEST IS INCORRECT. I immediately called the number. YOU CAN NOT STOP THE PORT THROUGH THAT NUMBER.<br> Fact 4. I called 082111 and TOLD VODACOM TO STOP THE FRAUDULENT PORT FROM BEING PROCESSED. CALL RECORDED.<br> Fact 5. VODACOM DIDN'T DEEM IT NECESSARY TO STOP THE PORT PROCESS. DESPITE MY EFFORTS.<br> Fact 6. I HAVE A REFERENCE NUMBER PROVING THAT I IMMEDIATELY STOPPED THE FRAUDULENT PORT FROM GOING THROUGH.<br> Fact 7. CALL TELLING VODACOM TO STOP THE PORT IS RECORDED.<br> Fact 8. I have supplied all the documents and proof Vodacom told me to supply with the assurance that once I sent the relevant documents proving I that I am not lying my claim would be processed. Still waiting.

IVE BEEN HOLDING ON TO THE ABSA FRAUD LINE FOR 33 MINUTES AND HAVE STILL NOT HAD THE PHONE ANSWERED. HOW THE HELL??
I tried to call the Fourways Crossing branch to find out if they had a certain toy in stock but they don't answer their phones. I then tried to call the head office but again, they don't answer their phones. An automated voice answering system tells you how wonderful they think they are and how they rate themselves THE BEST TOY SHOP AROUND and then simply cuts you off. What a joke.
