Not getting back to me regarding a competition that I won

I won a competition on the 3rd of December, after which they told me that someone from the office would contact me within one week. It is 20 days later and still no one contacted me. I contacted them numerous times to find out how it works and when will someone get back to me, everytime they promise that they will get back to me and sort everything out, but still NOTHING! I think it is absolutely ridiculous to say someone won a competition and get them all excited and then never give them what they won.

I always love the radio station, but I am now seriously losing all my respect for it.
