I have submitted an application for finance on an asset I want to buy for my business. This application was submitted and recieved on the 8th of January 2026. A week later I tried to phone and find out what is going on, a very friendly consultant answered the phone, but every time he tried to connect to someone who could help the line disconnected. Eventually I gave up. The next morning I got a call from George Mphulanyane who asked me to send all the forms to him and he will follow up on my behalf. Again one week later and I still haven’t recieved any feed back from Wesbank or FnB! How am I supposed to let my business grow if my bank can not even correspond properly? How difficult can it be to tell me I either qualify for the finance or I don’t? Seriously, this is ridiculous.
My dad's debit order for Vodacom goes through on the 15th of every month. On the 9th of July his network got cut off. He phoned Vodacom to find out what's going on and they said that his account was not paid, however the debit order did go through on his bank account, just like every other month. Vodacom customer care services just told him that they can not do anything to help him. This is absolutely ridiculous. Now he is completely cut off and can only receive incoming calls.
I complained a month ago that our internet is extremely slow. They said they will look into it and come back to me. My husband phoned again last week and the same story, but up to now nobody came back to us and our internet is just getting slower and slower. I am really very disappointed in their service.
My husband had his card delivered to the Jacobsdal branch. He waited for an hour and a half to be helped today in order to just collect his card. There was only one person working and she eventually decided to take lunch and leave everybody waiting. He finally left, without his card, as nobody has two hours to waste in a day just to collect a card. This is absolutely ridiculous service.
Applying for a business loan is next to impossible! When I apply on the App it just keeps telling me a consultant will be in touch. I went to our branch and the lady told me that a Prinsloo guy will contact me. However, yet again I am left extremely disappointed with FNB's service as nowadays no one seems to want to do their job or help their clients.
Worst service EVER!!! I just want to move my vehicle's finance from a business to my personal name. I phoned in order to find out what documents are required for this, but I've been transferred to 7 different people with EVERY ONE telling me to phone the same number I phoned the first time and NO ONE being able to help me!
Worst service ever! My package was supposedly delivered on Friday at 1pm, but I haven't received anything. Phoned customer service this morning, they said I should phone the Kimberley branch as they were the ones who delivered my package. I have now been trying all day to get a hold of them, but NO ANSWER! They delivered package to my address before, without any trouble, why not this one and why is nobody answering the phone?
I won a competition on the 3rd of December, after which they told me that someone from the office would contact me within one week. It is 20 days later and still no one contacted me. I contacted them numerous times to find out how it works and when will someone get back to me, everytime they promise that they will get back to me and sort everything out, but still NOTHING! I think it is absolutely ridiculous to say someone won a competition and get them all excited and then never give them what they won. I always love the radio station, but I am now seriously losing all my respect for it.
I've been struggling for over two months now to get my business credit card. Finally a week ago I signed the papers for it, but going for the second week I haven't recieved my card yet or a notice on my app that the account has been opened. I never had any problems with FNB before, but at this rate I seriously consider moving to another bank
We bought food from the KFC in Graaff-Reinet on Sunday the 31st of October and I just want to say hats off for their service! We had quite a big order and there a lot of people who got really impatient for absolutely no reason, but the staff stayed super friendly and actually got the orders ready as quickly as possible. The cashier who helped us was Nosipho and she was really great with dealing with all the impatient customers as well as getting the orders ready. I will definitely recommend the KFC in Graaff-Reinet and will support you guys again when I pass through town again.
