O'Galito Woodlands Mall - avoid it like the plague

O'Galito Shop 30A Woodlands Boulevard Pretoria East 012 997 4165/6 Shocking service in a restaurant that should not be trading On Saturday 19 October my wife and I went to O'Galito in Woodlands Mall - Pretoria East. Both of us wanted prawns. We sat down and waited more than 15 minutes before we asked if we could order a drink. The lady who came to help did not know what a "lime and soda" was. Then we waited another 20 minutes to place our orders and yet again we had to ask to be served. My wife ordered 15 prawns with chips and myself 15 prawns with rice and lemon butter sauce. And so the waiting started. Eventually, a gentleman came to the table and handed out bread and butter, stating that the other waiters were not doing their jobs. Eventually, my wife got her order but my order was missing. By the time my order arrived my wife's food was cold. My order arrived without the lemon butter sauce. I am still waiting for the lemon butter sauce. We ordered another lime and soda, we are still waiting. During our meal, we observed some ****roaches running across the floor....rather appetising while eating. With the meal over one would expect to be asked if one would like a coffee; a dessert or maybe just the bill. That never happened. Eventually, I asked to see the owner - the owner is not available tonight was the answer. Then the manager I asked. A lady came to the table and started apologising and then told us, upon hearing our complaint about the ****roaches, that "we are busy fumigating for ****roaches". I fail to understand how any restaurant can be fumigating while clients are in the restaurant and food is being prepared. The manager tried to explain that "maybe the ****roaches are running around because they are confused because of fumigating". Tshwane Health should step in and check out this venue. The owner should try and save his business by training his staff a lot better or maybe just close the doors. Nobody wants to eat in a restaurant that is ****roach-infested.
