It has now been a complete of 4 business days to get a product returned / exchanged from Oh so Heavenly. It is complete LACK of competence from the apparent "brand community manager" Anelisa Fikeni to get a simple request resolved. There is either NO response, feedback or update or NO resolution offered. Unless consistent follow ups from the customers side is sent - no customer service is provided.
Customer service should include constant updates on a problem reported and a swift response to resolve any issues raised - However as mentioned - we are on day 4 and still nothing. My request for a department manager or someone capable of resolving a customer complaint is ignored.
