It has now been a complete of 4 business days to get a product returned / exchanged from Oh so Heavenly. It is complete LACK of competence from the apparent "brand community manager" Anelisa Fikeni to get a simple request resolved. There is either NO response, feedback or update or NO resolution offered. Unless consistent follow ups from the customers side is sent - no customer service is provided. Customer service should include constant updates on a problem reported and a swift response to resolve any issues raised - However as mentioned - we are on day 4 and still nothing. My request for a department manager or someone capable of resolving a customer complaint is ignored.

And no we are not questioning the deposit amount that was on hold. This was a card transaction taken by staff upon returning the vehicle.
Good day Clicks Service management. I wish to officially lodge a complaint against Clicks Marylone. It has been years that I truly only visit the store if in genuine need due to the lack of service at this store. This stores staff provide you a service based on your race blatantly without even thought. Again today I visit the store due to pure medical urgency. I place an order online at 08h30....The Clicks promise being 4hrs or less until collection. I visit the store at 13h00. (4.5hrs later without sms) - my online order shows complete - first I friendly greet the store teller asking about the online order and where to get it. - Only to get absolutely up to **** responses and unwillingness to help. - Eventually the store manager points me to the pharmacy. - I get to the pharmacy and my order is NOT packed! Clicks fails on service and promise. - So my order gets packed only to get to the till with items missing = Not packed correctly. - I try and just pay the items I have In order to leave the store and the entire experience behind but your dear 2nd teller is chatting away while we are standing in front of them to pay. Honestly it's been years with a complete lack of service from this store. How can this type of service be allowed? Genuine investigation needs to be done in this store as I am not the only one who experienced this. The lack of leadership, service and willingness to do a job properly can be blamed on head office failing to quality control.
No sense of customer service! Requested a correction on a order which still arrived incorrect and yet they insist it was corrected. No effort from the company to correct the matter or even admit the error was on their side. No response on evidence provided either. Would not recommend.
Had such a great, stress free experience with the order of my Custom made Grooms box. Communication, service and product quality was excellent. My parcel arrived just over a week Earlier then expected. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Claim paid to GP even though a proof of payment was attached that member paid privately, A previous hello Peter post was attended to and every manager on duty called and promised to resolve yet 2 weeks past again and nothing has changed. Counting down my days with this scheme......
Absolutely no solution provided The solution provided failed as well. My interactions with the medical aid has-been nothing but hopeless and the process to claim even worse!!! Honestly wait to leave the scheme
Honestly the worst online shopping experience ever!!! No customer service whatsoever Waiting on 7 days for a parcel to be sent. Received an email that my parcel has been shipped with no tracking details because they haven't even booked a collection. Going on day 3 for shipped details and day 7 since order placed. I'll never support this company again. Other places like Shapewear shop, Melody pants and Stylit deliver within 24hrs of ordering. Oh and to mention this was a gift for a birthday I have now missed! - which I mentioned to them early enough as well. This is pathetic!
MTN is useless ONCE AGAIN! I did an upgrade online only to try cancel the upgrade within a few hours of finding out the mobile I have selected is Faulty in SA! Being on hold for 72min with no answer - I cant waste more of my time to try call. Next day I receive a contract!!!! Called again and was told I must reject the device delivery and then the upgrade will be canceled by the following week and I can call again to confirm. Today I call again only to be told MTN system does not allow for upgrade cancelations and I will need to pay a early upgrade fee if I want to "upgrade again'?????? What on earth now I am paying an upgrade I did not receive and telling me an upgrade request cannot be canceled? Since when!! Where is my CPA rights to cancel! ref sms: RMA IRMS397618_1 Spoken to Mary-Loo Spoken to numerous consultants telling me I can cancel then MTN denies it!
Bosvelders management is Useless! I showed up Saturday around 15h00 to query a bill, I went straight to the main bar and David approached me asking how he can help. I asked for the Manager and a glass of water while I wait. He returned to tell me he called the manager but doesn't want to give me a glass of water I must order a still water bottle. Fine I did! Waited 30minutes - still No manager, although I could see the manager is aware of me as the barman pointed out to me who he is. I asked for the Manager on Duty again with the barman Phillip - He told me Aldo is the manager and he did call him. After noticing that Aldo the manager is actually seated at a table behind me drinking a beer (draught) with his 3 female friends, having a smoke - I nearly lost it. I asked David if Aldo is even on duty or if there is another manager on duty. To my surprise there is no other manager on duty and "Aldo is always on duty" Now getting to 60minutes still no manager. I PAID my still water and walked out. With utmost disgust that such a ****ty person can have such a big ego to not go to customers when asked for. Not all customers want to complain, I had a query & wanted to rectify an incorrect bill! Bosvelder will never see me and the table of 20+ I always book ever again due to ****ty staff attitudes & useless management!
