Poor Customer service at OK furniture Blue Downs

I am very annoyed with my recently experienced at OK furniture shop Bluedowns. I purchased a sofa in cash and also play a lay-by for a fridge. At the same time, they assured me that I could cancel a lay-by anytime, which I did last week Sunday. However on Tuesday they called and demanded that I can collect my refunds before 5 o'clock that same day I explain I couldn't make because I am working far. Their response was unacceptable they told me I don't come same day, they wouldn't hold the money and I would have wait for another call when they have money.

The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and had no manners when addressing the customers. This kind of service is completely unapproffetional. After this experience, I will never buy anything from them again. The service is poor and unacceptable.
