I am very annoyed with my recently experienced at OK furniture shop Bluedowns. I purchased a sofa in cash and also play a lay-by for a fridge. At the same time, they assured me that I could cancel a lay-by anytime, which I did last week Sunday. However on Tuesday they called and demanded that I can collect my refunds before 5 o'clock that same day I explain I couldn't make because I am working far. Their response was unacceptable they told me I don't come same day, they wouldn't hold the money and I would have wait for another call when they have money. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and had no manners when addressing the customers. This kind of service is completely unapproffetional. After this experience, I will never buy anything from them again. The service is poor and unacceptable.

Dont ever buy to Temu, their are scheming people or don't put your bank detail, Today i lost R29700, when i check my app the my money was didacted by Temu without my concerned.

This company is corrupt and heartless, they don't care about people, only they care is your money. They refused to pay my claim for tryes. They are acting unreasonably.
I have paid off my account last year 2020 October. I've been phoning asking for a clearance letter , they asked me to pay R37 which I did. Still today I haven't received the letter. I am so disappointed with the level of your service.
