What a poor customer service from the management
We opened application for a refrigarator on we received an approval sms on the 22nd of June which was on a sunday then on the 28 of June 2025 we went to the store to pay the deposit and expect the delivery later the day only to be told that the store manager cancelled the application because he thought its an old application
How does he think doesnt their system show the dates?
we had to re-do the application and we were told that its going to prioritesed because it was their error we paid the deposit
Did they priorites the application? no
Did they even update y? no i had to be the one calling back and forth doing a follow up yet i still couldnt get a clear answer because the manger that cancelled the app has even bother about the application
How do they cancell a recent application without communicating to the customer?
Why are they not prioritizing the application because its their fault
let alone updating and comminicating im the one whose calling them and still not getting a straight because the manager is very busy to deal with the application
Let alone even a mere apology from the manager that did all this
Im very dissapoint with store or is it because they dealing with black we do not deserve to be treated with respectwe do not deserve a good customer service
we have to beg a for a service as if we are not going to pay
It is such an insult to be treated the way we were treated by the Manager
THEN AFTER FOLLOWING UP WE WERE TOLD IT WAS DECLINED HOW WHEN IT WAS APPROVED AND THE MANAGER CANNCELLED IT
