OK KHAYEKITSHA MAKHAZA 6603 What a poor customer service from the management We opened application for a refrigarator on we received an approval sms on the 22nd of June which was on a sunday then on the 28 of June 2025 we went to the store to pay the deposit and expect the delivery later the day only to be told that the store manager cancelled the application because he thought its an old application How does he think doesnt their system show the dates? we had to re-do the application and we were told that its going to prioritesed because it was their error we paid the deposit Did they priorites the application? no Did they even update y? no i had to be the one calling back and forth doing a follow up yet i still couldnt get a clear answer because the manger that cancelled the app has even bother about the application How do they cancell a recent application without communicating to the customer? Why are they not prioritizing the application because its their fault let alone updating and comminicating im the one whose calling them and still not getting a straight because the manager is very busy to deal with the application Let alone even a mere apology from the manager that did all this Im very dissapoint with store or is it because they dealing with black we do not deserve to be treated with respectwe do not deserve a good customer service we have to beg a for a service as if we are not going to pay It is such an insult to be treated the way we were treated by the Manager THEN AFTER FOLLOWING UP WE WERE TOLD IT WAS DECLINED HOW WHEN IT WAS APPROVED AND THE MANAGER CANNCELLED IT

Kfc greenpoint what a poor service i bought streetwise 2 pap at 12:57 waited till my lunch was over had to return my order, no explanation from the stuff they were very chilled i was only only told at 13:20 that the chicken was not ready i didnt eat during my lunch because of them i had to go back to work hungry, 13:30 i asked for the refund they didnt even bother to apologise even after refunding me while i waited there for 35MIN
Such a poor service with rude consultant every month there's network issues as i'm using the services for free and i'm using my airtime and data to communicate with them. I’m tired of having issues each and every month with FNB I’m now taking the matter with NFO and I’ll drag it all over social media so that people can see what kind of a bank you are Poor customer service for such a big bank when you have issues the branch can’t help when you call the call centre it takes almost an hour for a consultant to assist and they tell you ******* Last month someone bought with my card while I had with me and my phone on Uber eats and I don’t even have an account with it took me weeks to get my money Now I did an instant payment of R3000 on the 29/06/24 to my Capitec bank and money hasn’t reflected even yet I call I was told it was kept an hold as I have reached my instant payment limit and I was told I’m gonna the funds in 3 hours that was at 08:30am 15:00 went to the bank spend almost 2 hours trying to contact centre only to be told instant payment had problems on the 29 so it’s now gonna take 5 days to get my money back I did the instant transfer on purpose because I wanted the money asap but here am iam and the assistant manager at Greenpoint branch told me there’s nothing FNb can do who’s fault is it I have paid my rent I can’t even go to my house because the landlord expected his money on 29 I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP I NEED TO PAY MY RENT IM TIRED OF THIS *****ULENT BANK Every time i call im being taken from pillar to strength from one agent to another spoke to Zondo mbali she told me her own version spoke to Prudence her own version to Nompulelo Mkhize her own version and Themba who is Manage even went Greenpoint branch soke to the assistant manager Sedeeka who told me theres nothing she can do
