Disappointed

I called these people wanting to know the balance I owe them and I want to settle my account with them, nobody gave me a direction all of the call Center people transferred me for a whole hour they just say “hold I will transfer you” without hearing what I want.

So angry and frustrated I want to pay of this account while I still have the money but no response.
