Dishonest shrinkflation by Ola Magnum

On 19 November I bought what looks like my usual favorite box of Ola White Almond Mini Magnum ice-creams at exactly the same price as the previous time. I saw no adverti*****t or other information saying this product has changed and I do not compare the exact weight in grams per box from week to week, that would be insane. At our Sunday meal my family sat ready for this treat after a week of hard work, Magnum is always a special way to celebrate the weekend. But when I opened the box, same size as usual, there were only 5 ice-creams inside and they were visibly smaller than before. This means one family member did not get an ice-cream, what an insult to a hard-working consumer! There can be no doubt that Ola should know we can not reasonably see that this product has shrunk, the price certainly has not shrunk and nor did the box. This is dishonesty and exploitation, and after seeing too many instances like this, we are sick of it. I will never buy any Ola product again because you do not care about your paying customers, and that is indecent of you. HelloPeter has my email, do not waste my time with phone-calls.
