Good day Ola
I am the owner and managing director for Molly's Wholesaler. I got into contact with Imraan who we started a business relationship I've placed the necessary order and he delivered, he sent a fridge that was branded Ola Our relationship continued till winter session came in. Which Who eats ice in winter. He tried forcing me to place orders which I REFUSED to take. Next minute I get guys collecting the fridge with no notice from him as my point of contact from Ola. I than called him and to my surprise all this time I've been dealing with the rudest old man ever. Long story short I called Ernest to start a new relationship which he told me I would need to order under the BP Eldorado Park, which I won't get an invoice, how does such a big company even suggest something like this. I told him to involve hos manager Marc with regards to a suggestion to resolve this matter. Manager tells Ernest I have no choice but to deal with Imraan.
If you have a big or small busy and thinking of dealing with Ola please reconsider if you looking for good customer service They act as thou they doing you a favor.
To top it off I mentioned that I just need the product and not the fridge as I have sufficient cooling space. I'm told that I have to take their fridge so that I'm obligated to order.
