Good day I will be loging a formal ombudsman complaint against this pathetic company. From the consultant to the campaign manager Michelle the lies. Absa you need to reconsider Anthony Richards and associates.
Good day Ola I am the owner and managing director for Molly's Wholesaler. I got into contact with Imraan who we started a business relationship I've placed the necessary order and he delivered, he sent a fridge that was branded Ola Our relationship continued till winter session came in. Which Who eats ice in winter. He tried forcing me to place orders which I REFUSED to take. Next minute I get guys collecting the fridge with no notice from him as my point of contact from Ola. I than called him and to my surprise all this time I've been dealing with the rudest old man ever. Long story short I called Ernest to start a new relationship which he told me I would need to order under the BP Eldorado Park, which I won't get an invoice, how does such a big company even suggest something like this. I told him to involve hos manager Marc with regards to a suggestion to resolve this matter. Manager tells Ernest I have no choice but to deal with Imraan. If you have a big or small busy and thinking of dealing with Ola please reconsider if you looking for good customer service They act as thou they doing you a favor. To top it off I mentioned that I just need the product and not the fridge as I have sufficient cooling space. I'm told that I have to take their fridge so that I'm obligated to order. OLA SOUTH AFRICA YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS SERIOUS ATTENTION.
Customer service at Lewis Eldorado Park needs some serious work. The Manager of the store Abi needs training on customer service. I requested for debit order to be removed and account has been paid in cash. 2 months later I'm sitting in the store requesting for a refund Mashini DJM division regional manager for an Authorisation code. @Absa Vehicle and asset finance. I have spoken to Lindiwe in the vehicle assist finance of Absa who i asked to speak to her line manager, she than transferred my call to Lindi. To my surprised its someone who is on the same leave as her. call was then transferred to Stacey Davids who is apparently the manager. Stacey transferred the call to Nadia Spider who for a team leader is extremely rude. I would like to request that my products with Absa be closed. customer service is pathic. 2024105550508513533. I've been with FNB for the longest time. I have a private wealth account with them. I've dealt with Gregory Heyns Private Wealth manager. Lawrence Owen, must say these people are the most *********** banch of people. I sent Keith numerous of emails to date I still haven't received feedback from him. For those of you thinking to move your account to FNB private wealth, rather don't you pay for a service worse that sassa grant office. I hope this message actually gets to the executive desk. I'm actually considering moving away all my products from them and getting my customers to do the same.

Good day I would not advise people to do business with IHS Property Management. I rented a unit at Southgate Ridge and decided to move out because the service rendered is very bad. Electricity is to expensive. Now getting my refund from them is a problem as while. I was given a email address to send my banking details. The lady that was assisting me but the name of Candice Setton, which promised to resolve my matter now when I call her Kim tells me she's to busy to speak and hangs up, I than spoke to a consultant that finally transferred me to Candice and to my Surprise she hangs up when hearing my voice. I have dealt with the below people from IHS properties and not one has been of any help. Someone broke into our unit and when we Reported it to Raymond he said there is nothing he can do we should just open a police case. the door that was broken down was only repair after weeks of sending mails to them. Raymond- Property Manager at southgate ridge on site Terrance- Assistance agent at Southgate Ridge. Waylin- Financial Administrator for southgate Ridge Candice Setton- Kim- Receptions at head office. If I dont get any feedback from IHS I will Have to Take this matter to the media. people can't be fighting like this for like this for service that there pay for and money that belongs to them.
