Excellent Service & Wonderful Owners I had a great time at this restaurant. The customer service is truly outstanding — every staff member goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. The owners are incredibly down-to-earth and friendly, and they create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You can really feel the passion they put into their business. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back again....and the best part is the beautiful scenery with a little waterfall

Excellent Service & Wonderful Owners I had a great time at this restaurant. Went there for Mother's Day brunch. The service was great (Hayden was our server), food was excellent and their pricing is not what you would expect in comparison to other local restaurants. With a lovely atmosphere, will definitely be going there again.

Utterly disgusted with the customer service from the Old Mill lodge and restaurant in Oudtshoorn. After explaining my situation regarding my cancelation (24 Days in advance) and asking very nicely to please not charge a cancelation fee (as I was able to cancel 3 other rooms that was part of the booking Free of charge) because it Just plainly does not make sense why I would have to pay for a cancelation 24 Days before the booked Date on 1 room but not the other 3. The person Who helped me over the Phone was mocking me for requesting to waive the cancelation fee because 'those are their rules'. Now listen, if I was the only person Who had booked with them and now needed to cancel, I would understand because that would mean that they are not getting any income whatsoever but they are FULLY BOOKED! Had I wanted to cancel my booking only a week or less from the Date booked, I would not mind to pay a cancelation fee! But now I must pay for a service that I did not and Will not receive and still have them rent it out to some other People and them make double the income?I'm tired of businesses exploiting people just because they can. To let The R600 cancellation fee go will not even have an effect on the business that is Already fully booked but I, a normal person who due to circumstances can no longer go on holiday must pay R600 because I had to cancel 24 Days in advance (which gives them more than enough time to rent it out to someone Who can) because I can unfortunately not come anymore. But yes, that's why a rich man is rich and we all struggle. I have now learned my lesson and in the future if I get the chance again I would much rather spend my money at a small business that can use and appreciate it instead of making an arrogant rich man even richer. PATHETIC! Especially in these times of Covid where people don't have money to Just throw around! The worst part is the fact that the person Who was speaking to me mocked me for plainly wanting my money back for something that I have not recieved, knowing well that he would have that room booked again within the week! Disgusting.
