Excellent Service & Wonderful Owners I had a great time at this restaurant. The customer service is truly outstanding — every staff member goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. The owners are incredibly down-to-earth and friendly, and they create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You can really feel the passion they put into their business. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back again....and the best part is the beautiful scenery with a little waterfall
I contacted the boncap call center to query an email that was sent with graphic wound pictures to numerous people from boncap that's loaded on my profile,it was sent from boncap. I have been advised that the email is not on their system. I even sent a screen shot of the email that was received and have queried it from August, to date no one has responded. Contacting the call center is an absolute nightmare, you cam never get answers from the agents and the call back requests don't happen. How does boncap send out this graphic pictures to people that were not even involved in the authorization or prior emails, urgent feedback is required for this intrusion and breach of privacy
BONCAP is the worst medical aid to deal with: - very poor customer service - your call center agents give different information even though you are asking the same question, its like no one understands what they doing, your put on hold for a long period of time and transfered to different departments constantly without getting an issue resolved - bills don't get paid and are constantly rejected - when you go to a boncap hospital even though a patient is in a serious condition, you expect them to find out if the doctor is on the boncap network - the boncap hospital which your refered to by the call center does not even have a boncap doctor required - after care is not provided after an operation - motivation letters are constantly requested from doctors - it is so difficult to even get basic information from your call center - you'll are not considerate of the older generation and that they do not have all the knowledge of how boncap works, pensioners waste their money on the long calls just trying to get information
