Went there for Mother's Day brunch. The service was great (Hayden was our server), food was excellent and their pricing is not what you would expect in comparison to other local restaurants. With a lovely atmosphere, will definitely be going there again.
Unreliable. Extremely disappointed in the service. I placed my order early Monday morning, checked that all the products were in stock at the same warehouse. It took them 3 days to pack my order of 4 different items that were all in stock as stated on their website. It was then shipped late Wednesday. Monday to Friday it said it would be delivered on that Friday. Then Friday afternoon the app updates to tell me I will only receive my order on Saturday. I ordered these products for the Saturday and no where did they update the delivery in time for me to make another plan to source these products from a reliable reseller or arrange my own courier for it to be delivered on time. Cannot count on Takealot at all.
Very friendly staff and great food. I would highly recommend. Definitely one of my favourite spots to go and eat in Oudtshoorn.
I had a simple issue of wanting to close my one account with fnb, it was for a business I no longer had. After making sure my banking charges were paid I app**** on the app to close the business account as I didn't have time to go and wait at the branch for assistance. The app said I couldn't close the account, but someone would be in contact with me to close it for me. I waited, no one contacted me. I tried again on the app and got the same message. I waited again, no response. I then emailed fnb, they responded the next day requesting my ID and the account number. They said they needed this to pass the matter on to the relevant department, I gave them the information that same day. Then today, 2 days after I sent my details, I missed a phone call from them. This was the first phone call I received regarding the matter and I immediately tried to phone the cell phone number back as I got to my phone too late. I am at work, so it is not always possible to answer immediately. I didn't get a response on the phone call. I then received a very sarcastic email about how she had tried to contact me (once I might add) to 'no avail' and that I needed to provide them with a screenshot of when I first app**** to cancel my account on the app. Why would I have taken a screenshot of that? I should never have had to contact them at all. Do not provide the option on the app if it does not work, rather request they phone a number or go into the branch than tell someone that a representative will be in contact with them when no one will. Then to still receive attitude when taking it further.
I have never dealt with such an *********** company. It is absolutely shocking they are still in business, there is no way in the seven hells I would ever recommend a company this useless. The absolute lack of customer care is laughable. I cannot wait until my contract is over so that I can actually move over to a competent service provider and be free... Please, please, please, if you are reading this and considering vox, spare yourself months of hassle. Literally any company is better, you are welcome and I hope it burns to the ground!
