Walking into a bike shop is like walking into a candy store when you're a kid. You get excited to explore the endless possibilities, you never know what you might end up with but you know you will walk out with a smile Well, at least - that's what it should be like. Walking into Olympic Cycles today is what I imagine it's like walking into an NBA locker room. Essentially a room filled with people who think they are better than you. It's not just arrogance, it's incompetence and an inability to understand they are in the business of helping people - not prove they won a race once in Swellendam back in 84'. Your store is a joke, your staff is extremely unhelpful. I walked in there today with the intention of getting some assistance with Tri-bars and a Tri-suit. The only advice I got was go look upstairs you might find something old and "Goodluck if you are racing this weekend, you're going to need it" - take your heads out of your own ****s and realize stores like yours won't exist in a couple of years with the service you provide.
