I have been trying to get a response from someone at Olympus Mobile Bank now since 22 July. Over 3 weeks and no progress! No-one responds to email queries on the "info" or "help" email addresses, except for an automated email response and ticket number. The listed phone number on their website has been discontinued. The head office number places you on hold, however no one answers and then the call gets dropped after a few minutes. Heaven only help someone trying to stop a card or deal with an urgent issue.
