I laid my claim on the 5th of January. Sent through all relevant documents requested for my ****** phone claim.
No consultant has been allocated to my case, I do all the following up, calling and send emails. No one is coming back to me regarding how far my claim process is. Today is the 4th of February and still no communication from their side. I have never missed a payment but when its time to assist me none is available.
