I logged my claim on the 1st of December, and to this day I have not received any feedback. I have been following up every day, only to be told that it is still under Omart insurer review. This has been the worst experience ever, especially since there is nothing outstanding from my side.
Taking Telkom Insurance is setting yourself up for failure — there is absolutely no urgency from Omart. It takes them forever to finalize a simple claim. I genuinely thought the purpose of insurance was to avoid such inconvenience, but it is now apparent that Omart’s objective is simply to make money. They do not care about their customers.
