I had quiet an appalling experience I lodged complaint with bankmed was advised to escalate to ombudsman did that first week of Jan was advised response is in 4 weeks till date nothing then you ask yourself what is the whole point of such boards if they *********** like these entities it is saddening because I am now permanently living with a metal plate on my foot as a result of ****ed underwriting by bankmed which complaints department not helpful neither is ombudsman
