I ordered my order was delivered few mins ago your system canceled one item yesterday saying inventory i ordered they were more than one in quantity and I was R272 and I want them at that price why were they auto canceled unless refund everything but I will still take this up with consumer protection act. My order number is 29159399
Driver canceled trip but my money still not returned to my bank and the app not user friendly even the call centre cannot get through to them
I ordered at kfc randburg order said 18h37 stood till 18h52 driver was not there next thing my refund is in wallet because I account it'll take 10 days why I need money in my account asap

Appalling service I had was suspended on 20/08/2025 went back to premises to get verdict that I was supposed to get via email and/call on the 27th however was called to come in on the 28/08/2025 for verdict. I was made to sit for about two hours knowing they letting me go, I sat with supervisor and manager getting outcome of enquiry then I asked my basic was told last run is Saturday I'll get it 30/08/2025 little did I know they firing me without pay yet I used my money daily to commute how fair is that now I am not paid, what a company
I am appalled by the service of huru I did check in March for ******** check paid it came back as hit then I went for police clearance after it was done last week I got my pdp went back to postnet for another check now in April surprisingly it came back as hit for second time after police clearance and acquiring my pdp mind you I went to SAPS Krugersdorp SAP 69 division yesterday they told me I had nothing under my ID or fingerprints but will go get print out from SAP 69 my issue is huru can directly check with SAPS head office they sent feedback from March prior to doing Clearance
Appalling service I drove straight to krugersdorp korean motor after buying a car I show them invoice with VIN number for service kit but I specifically say not complete I iron out what I need and don't need consultant gave me fuel filter cover only to find out actual fuel filter them bought elsewhere I return with slip for refund on Wednesday I'm told I must take something else due to policy of no refund if parts correctly supp**** now till date no one called after I was told to leave my number now tricky part is how was the correctly supp**** if I didn't subtract actual fuel filter not cover yet I can't be refunded because he was supposed to add the fuel filter if correctly supp****
My fnb funeral policy debited twice one went off successfully and second that was incorrectly debited bounced left my account in excess then I called fnb life they confirmed I was not in arrears debit went off successfully however they then referred me to personal accounts to fix my account spoke to Marcus in the call centre at Easy suite who needs training for listening with empathy guy repeatedly asked me what do I need him to do as it's in excess mind you I'm former staff particularly call centre and process would him to ask must I reverse or provide me with your details to look if he needs further clarity so I'm so appalled how our champions are not happy to help this is so unacceptable
I was at cradlesrone Sunday I went into McDonald's app did spin won a meal then before I selected which meal from two options that popped up I decided to go into McDonald's order three happy meals paid then asked helped on the app and everyone called lerato apparently she's supposed to know the app however I can tell you I regret even spending my money I spent 30mins and no one could help with claiming my meal and that stupid lerato kept on helping other clients my wife and I ended up going to buy food elsewhere after deciding to take takeaway for our kids, McDonald's please train your staff on your app I'm so appalled I regret using my money where I don't get good value of money
I have an existing complaint with a number they requested invoices and proof of payment for costs of four tyres I incurred plus alignment for them to refund me I furnished that but I'm still waiting broke yet they requested everything but not refunded yet
