Almost 4 months into a supposedly "planned" upgrade on our POS systems at our stores, almost a 100k cash invested, hours of meetings with an irate management and yet we are still at Point A. No benefits to the upgrade, no absolute reason for spending all that time and money. In fact, it has cost us more trying to train staff and waste more hours on rectifying issues that should have been resolved by Omni Accounts support staff.
We were promised and obviously cheated in what they can offer. I am stuck with trying to fix their mess up and to add to that, apparently we now purchased the incorrect licenses(which they chose and advised upon) and are forced to purchase more licenses to fix up their mess.
We have no way out of this and we are held to ransom and the only way forward is either giving in to their demands for more money to fix their issues or s**** their systems and start from scratch with a trustworthy company.
