I am very Sorry. I falsely accused omnia property management durbanville. I will not falsely accuse Omnia property management, of any issues. Thay never fined me. I was meaning to say, I recommend them as a top property management group. Thay are professionals. Thank you

a month ago the body corporate, 'omnia' Brenda running the show from Durbanville She is in control like a speed cop, 100 reasons to fine whoever for whatever reason. However this time I fine YOU BRENDA. YES R2400- p.d. without water. starting on 11/5/25 at 18hoo '6pm.' THIS USELESS CUSTOMER INTERFACE WITH NO MANUAL. THE E-MAILED INSTRUCTIONS NOT HELPFULL AT ALL.. THE UNITS YOU HAD INSTALLED. ASSUMING THAT THEIR USER FRIENDLY. RELIABLE, AND ROBUST ETC, NOT FOR GREAT COMMISION MONTHLY I HOPE..? HOWEVER IT IS COSTING YOU, YOUR CREDIBILATY AND SHOW YOU DON'T GIVE A RATS A... ?? TOWARDS OWNERS TRUSTING YOUR COMPANY. TO MAINTAIN, MANAGE MEANING YOU ARE RESPONCABLE TO ''KEEP THE WEELS TURNING'', NO WATER, NO PROBLEM. HOWEVER NOT RESEARCHING THE SYSTEMS YOU HAD PLUMBERS COMING TO DIG HOLES AND INSTAL UNDER DRIVEWAY. THAT WAS VERY CLEVER, YOU MUST BELEIVE the OWNERS WHO EMPLOYED YOUR CO. So I am struggling to get my deposit back from Omnia Property Group. Linda Carsten said it will be done by COB on Friday and it didn’t happen. The level of professionalism and respect is on zero. It’s unfortunate that now I need to involve lawyers over this issue. If you want to be happy, stay away from anything involving Omnia Property Group. Now they not even answering my calls

Such peace of mind to have your sectional title property managed by Omnia Property Group. They tend to everything, from maintenance right through to financial statements and a sound financial standing. Need I say more? Wonderful to see property managed so well by people who knows every letter of The Sectional Titles Act. Well done Team Omnia.

They tend to everything, from maintenance right through to financial statements and a sound financial standing. Need I say more? Wonderful to see property managed so well by people who knows every letter of The Sectional Titles Act. Well done Team Omnia.

Hello HP users I would like to please send a warning when having to deal with this property group. They will indiscriminately tell lies towards property owners and give out fines to some units and not in a uniformly fashion. Nepotism and greed is clearly the agenda here. My main gripe with them is they are fining me for having pets in a pet friendly complex when I moved in with a pet friendly lease from the owner of the unit. A year and half has past and the owner is suddenly being fined R460 a week for the remainder of the lease totalling in R12 000 in damages. Furthermore false accusations are being made against me with dog noise complaints but all the units around me have signed a form stating that my dogs are not a nuisance to them. This BC refuses to sit down in a meeting and look at counter evidence and does not respond to emails either. Their claims are not backed up by any substantial evidence while I have signed forms from other tenants.
