Hello HP users I would like to please send a warning when having to deal with this property group. They will indiscriminately tell lies towards property owners and give out fines to some units and not in a uniformly fashion. Nepotism and greed is clearly the agenda here. My main gripe with them is they are fining me for having pets in a pet friendly complex when I moved in with a pet friendly lease from the owner of the unit. A year and half has past and the owner is suddenly being fined R460 a week for the remainder of the lease totalling in R12 000 in damages. Furthermore false accusations are being made against me with dog noise complaints but all the units around me have signed a form stating that my dogs are not a nuisance to them. This BC refuses to sit down in a meeting and look at counter evidence and does not respond to emails either. Their claims are not backed up by any substantial evidence while I have signed forms from other tenants. I know that CSOS Ombudsman is next but I thought making it clear on this platform to avoid Omnia Property Group all together. http://www.omniaprop.co.za/ If anyone wants more details on my case please email me on juandrevandermerwe@ymail.com
Freelancers please avoid working with a company called https://www.oneafrica.org/ They do not pay their freelancers within the stated invoice time. I filmed part of their Africa awards 2020 which has aired already but no payment has been made into my account.
I did not want to resort to this but we are here now. Lets start with the basics I cancelled my account with Telkom in 2019 I paid up whatever funds where outstanding taking me almost 4 months to get rid of this badly run SOE. The problem comes now as I am wanting to apply for a home loan and when my originator did a credit check it showed I still had an account with Telkom and R400 was outstanding even though when I phone the agents for a statement they cannot provide a statement because the account no longer exist. Telkom is basically holding me ransom because I have called 4 weeks ago for a paid up letter so the banks stop rejecting my loan applications and for 4 weeks Telkom has promised me the paid up letter and then just ignores me. Because of Telkom I am going to lose the offer to purchase my dream home because time is running out. Please I am out of options and I am tired I don't know which way to turn with these people. I don't owe Telkom a cent anymore but they refuse to send me a paid up letter. I have until Tuesday to get this letter. Please someone just respond and help me get this sorted out.
