The worse service I have ever received from both payfast and the courier guy. Made a booking yesterday for a parcel and made payment online but when I check online, status is on payment pending. Called The courier guy and I was told to email payfast which I did and theres still no response. The courier guy is just like nope, we enter nowhere in this, isnt payfast in their website as a service provider? Yhooo first time using it and I am so gatvol
So I am struggling to get my deposit back from Omnia Property Group. Linda Carsten said it will be done by COB on Friday and it didn’t happen. The level of professionalism and respect is on zero. It’s unfortunate that now I need to involve lawyers over this issue. If you want to be happy, stay away from anything involving Omnia Property Group. Now they not even answering my calls
