Looking for the best oncologist in Durban...Lucille Heslop. Admittedly, you wait a while....if your appointment is at 9.30 expect to be seen at 10. Sorry, truth...but here is why. She takes her time with you, she is thorough and amazing in so many ways. She takes her time to explain everything in detail to make sure you understand, she will even pull out a chart to make sure you got the picture. She cares! Compassion and understanding are what follows her passion and drive for her profession. I sometimes wonder how she keeps a smile on her face and song in her heart because she seems eternally optimistic and always wrecking her brain about alternative ways to help or resolve issues.
